At StyleSphere, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our styling services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation or modification of your booking. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
By booking our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase or reservation.
2. Refund Conditions
Our refund policy varies based on the type of service booked and the timing of your cancellation request. We consider each refund request individually and strive to handle all requests fairly.

3. Cancellation and Refund Schedule
3.1 Standard Styling Services
For Personal Styling, Wardrobe Consultation, Personal Shopping, and other standard services:
- More than 7 days before the appointment: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- 3-7 days before the appointment: 75% refund
- 24-72 hours before the appointment: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: No refund
- No-show: No refund
3.2 Styling Packages
For our multi-service packages (Style Starter, Wardrobe Refresh, Complete Style Transformation):
- More than 14 days before the first appointment: Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
- 7-14 days before the first appointment: 70% refund
- 3-7 days before the first appointment: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before the first appointment: No refund
For partially completed packages, refunds will be calculated based on the value of unused services minus applicable fees.
3.3 Special Event Styling
Due to the advance preparation involved in special event styling:
- More than 14 days before the appointment: 75% refund
- 7-14 days before the appointment: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the appointment: No refund
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the same card
- Bank Transfers: Refunded to the originating account
- Other Payment Methods: Refunded as appropriate or through an alternate method if necessary
4.2 Refund Timeframe
Once approved, refunds will be processed within the following timeframes:
- Initial Processing: 3-5 business days for our team to review and process
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days to appear in your account
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and is beyond our control.
5. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment:
- More than 48 hours before the appointment: Free rescheduling (limited to one change per booking)
- 24-48 hours before the appointment: Rescheduling fee of £25
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Rescheduling fee of £50
Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 3 months of the original appointment date, subject to availability.
6. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please let us know immediately. We value your feedback and will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concerns.
For service quality issues:
- Notify us within 7 days of the service being provided
- Provide specific details about why the service did not meet your expectations
- We may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Partial or full refund
- Complimentary follow-up session
- Credit toward future services
Please note that styling is subjective, and differences in taste or opinion about style recommendations do not automatically qualify for a refund. We provide professional advice based on our expertise, but the final decision on whether to follow our recommendations remains with you.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances beyond your control may necessitate cancellation. These may include:
- Serious illness or injury requiring medical attention
- Death in the immediate family
- Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
- Government-issued travel restrictions
In these cases, we may waive our standard cancellation fees with appropriate documentation. Each situation will be evaluated individually, and our decision will be final.
8. Exclusions from Refund Policy
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services already rendered, either partially or in full
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Gift certificates (these are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person)
- Special promotional offers marked as non-refundable
- Administrative fees and non-refundable deposits
9. Cancellation by StyleSphere
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to stylist illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- We will notify you as soon as possible
- You will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost
- If rescheduling is not possible or desirable, you will receive a full refund
- For significant inconvenience caused, we may offer additional compensation in the form of a discount on future services
10. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
